主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1.
按照制定的预防性维护保养计划，执行相关维护保养活动。
Execute required maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance plan from SOPs.
2.
根据生产计划安排，支持自动化生产线的日常运行，及时处理设备调试或修理请求，保证生产使用。根据故障紧急程度，及时到现场进行处理，或提供随时的电话支持。
According to daily production plan, support routine operation for automatic production lines, to deal with any adjustment/test/repair request in time to guarantee production’s use. Quick response on troubleshooting and provide online call depend on emergency level.
3.
每年定期对自动化设备操作员进行培训，收集生产线日常使用中的问题或需求。根据实际使用情况，更新设备操作和清洁维护规程，记录良好的设备操作经验并与分享。
Regular training for automatic machine operators each year, collect questions and requirements from routine operation. Update machine SOPs as per actual operation improvement, record good practice and experiences and share with operators.
4.
在线检查各类自动化设备的运行状态，及时发现设备故障或安全隐患并处理。
Online inspection status of various automatic machines, Catch out machine potential issue and safety issue and repair it in time.
5.
参与自制设备的加工制造，完成基本的电气布线或零件加工。
Participate in manufacturing for self-made machines, and complete basic machine wiring and parts fabrication.
6.
组织或参与新设备的安装、调试、培训。
Organize or participate in new machine installation, debugging and training.
7.
满足生产线不断更新的需要，及时掌握新型设备的操作和维护要求，进行设备调机工作。
Master new operation and maintenance requirements for new machines in time and doing machine debugging to meet the production lines updating requirements.
8.
完成上级安排的其他任务。
Undertake other tasks that assigned by superior.
任职条件Qualifications:

工程、机械和电气自动化相关专业，本科以上学历。
Major in engineering, mechanics and electrical automation, bachelor degree or above.

1年以上自动化生产线维护和修理经验或相关专业应届毕业生。
1 years or above of experience in maintenance and repair for automatic production lines or recent graduates of related majors.

了解自动化线设备机械及电气原理，能对设备故障或质量问题进行分析，分析问题有较强的逻辑性。

Propose and implement equipment performance improvement ideas, preventive maintenance of potential machine issue. Draft machine check plan\check point\check criteria.
