MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Ensure coming call be picked up timely
61 Book air ticket base on travel application as needed
61 Handle local courier / mailing / DHL business & Order drinking water for office/workshop
usage
61 Well administrate related admin goods storage, distribution and make sure all completed records are maintained.
61 Collect staff medical claim sheet and mail to FSG on 25th of each month
61 Support EHS to improve working environment’s safety ongoing.
61 Carry on attendance calculation work.
61 Arrange work and check work quality in daily for cleaners and guards. Ensure visitors/vendors follow the procedure of entry facility.
61 Arrange maintenance for public areas for facility (Lobby, washroom, restroom, meeting room, hallway etc)
61 Regularly to gather admin goods requests as spreadsheet, send to supervisor for purchasing order.
61 Quick response to employees of office & workshop requirements.
61 Other tasks as required supervisor/manager
