I. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The finance controller - sales is supporting sales controller in all operational and strategic financial processes throughout the entire company, to have a clear view on the financial status and help the management team to drive the right decisions.
In this role, the assistant is in the middle of different financial processes within the international organization of Nexperia. She/he works together with local finance teams in different countries, Tax team, Sales operations, Channel Controlling and Sales Regions.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 KPI library maintenance
1) Contribute to the efficient management of GSM KPI library, evaluating its financial implications for all indicators
2) Proper documentation and tracking of KPI library status and follow up with relevant stakeholders
61 Leads and reviews planning, budgeting, forecasting and actual consolidation reporting.
1) Leads and coordinates planning, budgeting and forecasting for GSM
2) Reviews all top-level journal entries
3) Prepares and reviews monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis
4) Participates in the business/budget review and completes GSM budgets, monitoring to ensure cost is managed within budget
5) Follow up monthly financial review actions with COE
6) Work with COE to make sure on time delivery for cost reporting to GSM stakeholder
7) Develops, maintains and continuously improves the reporting process and efficiency
61 Sales target deployment and monitoring
1) Support sales target set and deployment
2) Tracking GSM sales and delivery business financial performance and analyzing key indicator through data consolidation and analytics
3) Support SIP calculation
61 Preparing sales and productivity reports for internal reporting and analysis
61 Preparing sales reports for external parties and audit
61 Managing Sales Remuneration process
61 Performs other duties as required

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
61 Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Finance or related
61 8 years or above related experiences in related industry. Working experience in an audit company is preferred
61 Knowledge of ERP system will be an advantage, familiar with SAP is preferred
61 Independence, mature communication skill, teamwork player, result oriented, strong driving skills
61 Excellent command of English
