General Responsibilities
61 Responsible for extracting and distributing credit hold reports, stock available for non-released lines reports for the distribution center, or any other report that supports the daily order management activities for the customer service team
61 Provides tools to the customer service team related to the order entry process in order to achieve a 24 hour turn around time. Report out on actual cycle time and performance accuracy
61 Participates in quality checks for manual order entry updates to assess gaps and identify training needs
61 Responsible for collecting and providing shipping documentation to finance team for auditing purposes
61 Responsible for invoicing consignment consumption pull outs reported by customers, when applicable
61 Coordinates the repricing of the open backlog and sends out price mismatch reports, when applicable
61 Assists the customer service team with any reports where edit rights are needed or additional analytics knowledge is required
61 Supports the testing of new tools and processes prior to implementation
Experience / Qualifications
61 A bachelor university degree is preferrable but not a must - candidate can be in last stages of a graduation studies or equivalent relevant internship experience.
61 Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
61 Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
61 Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
61 Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
61 Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
61 Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
