Job Description:
1. Comprehend business model of Direct Selling and provide meaningful analysis.
2. Cooperate with internal departments to facilitate existing or new incentive programs in an efficient and economical method.
3. Monitor and review data flow in system. Provide ideas to design optimized flow.
4. Monitor and review report flow to inside customers. Discuss with team members to optimize report flow.
5. Assist Sales Program Facilitation manager to undertake new projects and roll out to team members.
Required Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Statistics or Mathematics related background is preferred
2. Good written and communication skills in English
3. Direct sales industry background is preferred
4. Effective communication ability and cross-department collaboration ability
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
