主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
提升工厂的工艺水平及产能，提高生产效率。UAP的工作协调和标准化作业实施，工程变更管理。Enhance the process level and capacity to improve production efficiency. Responsible for work coordination and SW implementation in UAP, and engineering change management.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
减少工艺缺陷，改进工艺条件，维护工艺的稳定性，提高成品率；Reducing process defects, improve process conditions, maintain the stability of process and improve the yield;
提出并实现优化工艺条件等方法，提高生产效率，保证产能需求; Proposed and implemented the method to optimize the process conditions, improve production efficiency and ensure capacity requirements；
协助设备工程师进行相关问题的调查; Assist equipment engineer to survey the relates issues;
协助新设备调试，按时移交生产，满足产能需求; Assist new equipment debugging, on-time transfer, in order to meet the capacity requirements;
协助进行BOM的搭建与维护，操作SAP系统. Assist in BOM construction and maintenance, and operate SAP system.
初版作业指导书制作。Preliminary editing of work instructions.
评审工程变更申请的可行性并根据工程变更命令，通知并指导生产线采取应有行动以符合工程变更要求; Audit the engineering change, and according to the change request, lead the manufacturing to product as request;
完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
教育背景/Education:大专及以上学历，机械相关专业优先College degree or above, mechanical related majors are preferred
经验/ Experience: 至少1年以上同等岗位经验，汽车行业优先Minimum 1 year related experience in an manufacturing industrial engineering process, automotive is preferred .
