Job Description:
Bigben is dedicated to building a more sustainable future, in our organization, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporation Social Responsibility (CSR) Assistant to play a key role in ensuring the Group's Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project. LCA is key in company CSR strategy to ensure ecodesign approach towards product development (materials, manufacturing, transport, use and end of life) and help at reducing significantly product carbon footprint.
This position is reporting to the CSR Specialist in Shenzhen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist CSR Specialist with the input, collection, and maintenance of the Group’s Life Cycle Assessment data to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data;
* Ensure data accuracy in the Life Cycle Assessment system and keep the data collection template updated on time;
* Assist in sorting out material name mapping and summarizing question tickets from the system;
* Assist CSR Specialist in integrating and optimizing CSR-related form templates to improve work efficiency;
* Complete other supporting work assigned by the CSR department.
Qualifications:
* College degree or above, major is not limited, Environment, International Trading or related majors preferred;
* Skilled use of office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), with strong data processing ability;
* Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, able to efficiently complete repetitive tasks;
* Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
* Experience in data entry and system maintenance is preferred;
* Fluency in Mandarin and good English skills are required as much of the communication email and documentation will be in English.
