Main Tasks
1.Response for supplier management of electronic parts， including Resister, Capacitor, Diodes, Transistors, LED, Semiconductor.
2.Lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs.
3.Conduct and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit if necessary.
4.Support cross function on supplier quality related issues.
职位要求：
Education
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Experience & skills
2.Experience in semiconductor process like fab, backend assembly or testing.
3. 2years above of quality or industry engineering related working experience, preferabily in automotive industry;
4.Knowledge on IATF16949, VDA6.3;
5.knowledge about APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools;
6.Good on both oral and written English ;
7.Good communication and problem solving skills.
