- CL part 合同物流部分
1.Manage the operations of contract logistics transportation business, ensuring we meet customers’ key performance indicators (KPI) + operation monitoring+vendor managment.
管理合同物流运输业务的运营，确保我们满足客户的关键绩效指标 （KPI） + 运营监控 + 供应商管理
2.To ensure the smooth implementation of new transportation project + satisfactory KPI for respective projects.
To manage the process in a controlled risk + operational environment.
To continuously improve operational performance in order to maintain the profit, no loss.
确保新运输项目的顺利实施 、各项目KPI达标。在风险 可控、运营稳定的环境中管理流程。以不断提高运营绩效，确保盈利，无亏损。
3.Address any issues they may have promptly and effectively.
及时有效地解决他们可能遇到的任何问题。
- Freight forwarding货运代理部分
1. At home and abroad client/agency to contact to arrange the cargo inbound/outbound
与国内外客户/代理进行联系，安排货物的进/出库
2. Reasonable arrangements for the appropriate transportation schedules, focus on cost control and quality of service
合理安排适当运输日程，注意成本控制和服务质量
3. Arrange shipping import and export cargo booking, to accept the goods, customs clearance, settlement processes, to ensure that the cargo on time on board and timely tracking feedback cargo information
安排海运进出口货物的订舱、接货、报关、结算等一系列流程，确保货物按时上船并及时跟踪反馈货物信息
4. Arrange trucking, to ensure that the cargo on time and timely tracking feedback cargo infor-mation
安排卡车运输流程，确保货物按时装卸货并及时跟踪反馈货物信息
5. Strictly in accordance with the customer KPI targets, 100% customer satisfaction
严格按照客户KPI指标操作，使客户100%的满意
6. Support Fiege offices and provide quick response to clients and offices
支持飞格公司并能快速解决客户和公司问题
7. Cooperate with other department, e.g. sales department, accounting department to complete the job smoothly
配合其他部门顺利完成工作，例如销售部、财务部
8. Responsible for the other works assigned by supervisor
完成主管布置的其他工作

EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING
1. College degree or above
大专及以上学历
2. Understand forwarding/Transportation knowledge, general export procedure
了解海运、运输代理知识，一般出口操作程序
TECHNICAL & METHODS COMPETENCIES
1. 3 years+ working experience in freight forwarding operation & Contract Logistics project
2. Good computer skill (MS office software)
良好的计算机操作能力
3. Good English skill
良好的英语能力
4. Large customer operation experience is preferred
有大客户操作经验者优先
