Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and improving the member management system, including member data management, member rights and interests optimization, member activity planning, private domain operation, etc., to enhance member activity and loyalty.
2. Planning and implementing member activities, and maintaining community to enhance member stickiness and conversion.
3. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM system, propose improvement suggestions, and promote the implementation.
4. Actively explore internal and external cooperation resources and expand business channels.
5. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in data management is preferred.
2. With more than 1 year CRM work experience, familiar with the operation and management of mainstream CRM software.
3. Strong ability of data analysis and report writing.
4. Good learning ability and adaptability, willing to accept new knowledge and new technology.
