In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Assist bioinformatics scientist to conduct microbial genomics/metagenomics analysis and/or enzyme diversity analysis
Potentially relevant experience:
- Motivated student with interest in microbial biodiversity and data analysis
- Course experience in biology and/or chemistry, with computer science as a plus
- Familiarity with Linux system, Python scripting and biological sequence analysis
