【Key Job Duties and Responsibilities】
1. Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers of assigned region/product group (under the supervision of the manager) to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Conduct detailed sales tasks such as cold call, show visits, as stipulated in exhibitor recruitment plan to ensure sales activities are carried out as planned.
3. Coordinate with associations (under the supervision of the manager) by providing updated show information to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
4. Compiling market information to support the management in sales and marketing planning.
5. Administer trade fair related matters, such as issuing invoice, confirmation letter of booth allocation etc, to ensure smooth running of the fair.
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, and be part of the project team to smooth the preparations and operations of fair.
【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 1-2 years solid sales or marketing experience, better in exhibition industry or aim for outgoing shows, B-to-B sales experience is an advantage;
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, additional language will be an asset;
4. Hands-on knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, positive thinking, well-organized, able to work under pressure and a good team player;
6. Willing to travel overseas, being able to work independently is an advantage.
