Key Accountabilities工作职责:
1313Receptionist前台接待:
1. Greeting patients and all other visitors with good customer service skills.用良好的客户服务技巧问候病人和其他来访者。
2. Processing calls and taking messages, handling emails to customer service teams. 处理电话和留言,处理客户服务团队的电子邮件。
3. Checking in patients in CMS with complete and accurate information of patients including insurance 在CMS中为患者登记,确保包括保险在内的患者信息完整准确
4. Preparing and processing medical files.准备和处理医疗档案。
5. Liaising with other clinics to direct or escort patients, courier outsourcing exam or tests.与其他诊所联络,指导或护送病人,递送检验样本。
6. Taking care of patient feedback and works with direct management to meet patients need.照顾病人的反馈,并与直接管理人员合作,以满足病人的需求。
7. Introducing and explaining to patients about packages, promotions, service information and facilities. 向患者介绍和解释套餐、促销、服务信息和设施。
8. Maintaining safe and clean work environment (name cards, marketing materials etc.), furnishings and equipment in clinics/hospitals.维护诊所/医院的工作环境(名片,营销材料等),家具和设备的安全和清洁
9. Other duties assigned. 其他分配的工作。
Billing账单结算:
1. Conducting financial counselling/quotations to patients/insurances companies before/after visit. 在访前/访后为病人/保险公司提供财务咨询/报价。
2. Calculating medical expenses for patients according to company pricing standards and relevant policies. 根据公司定价标准和相关政策计算患者的医疗费用。
3. Collecting payments and deposits from patients correctly.正确收取病人的付款和存款。
4. Issuing invoices (FaPiao) to clients accordingly.开具相应的发票(发票)给客户。
5. Conducting pre-authorization including verifying patient’s benefits and policy, acquiring Guarantee of payment as needed.进行预授权,包括核实患者的福利和政策,根据需要获得付款保证。
6. Settling insurance bills and claim forms with patient’s signature and collect co-payments and deductibles a based on the patient’s insurance coverage. 结算保险账单和索赔表格,并根据患者的保险范围收取共同付款和免赔额。
7. Preparing all relative documents required by CBO for insurance claim准备CBO要求的所有保险索赔相关文件
8. Handling and collecting “Outstanding Bill” and deferred payment处理和收取“未付账单”和延期付款
9. Handling reclaim and refund requests from patients. 处理患者的退款要求。
10. Reconciling and logging cash/credit card/Alipay collected daily.日常现金/信用卡/支付宝收款核对及记录。
11. Cooperating Marketing on new promotion, sales or other kinds of marketing activities.配合市场部进行新的促销、销售或其他类型的营销活动。
12. Other duties as required. 其他要求的工作。
Qualifications & Experience岗位要求:
131. College degree or above, minimum 1-year relevant working experience, with experience in hospitality preferred.大专以上学历,一年以上相关工作经验,有酒店工作经验者优先。
2. Good English skills, both verbal and written conversant English (other languages are a bonus).良好的英语能力,口语和书面流利(其他语言优先考虑)。
3. Fair computer software skills.良好的计算机软件操作能力。
4. Effective Communication Skill & Teamwork Spirit, Customer focus有效的沟通技巧和团队合作精神,以客户为中心
