Responsibilities &Authorities
Administrative Support
1. Responsible for company reception, telephone answering, and efficiently conveying messages.
2. Assist in managing monthly settlements and reconciliations with express delivery companies, and answer colleagues' questions in express delivery.
3. Maintain the office environment and coordinate the procurement of office supplies, drinking water, coffee beans, snacks, etc., as well as handle contract payments.
General Affairs
4. Support travel arrangements (flight/hotel bookings, executive car arrangements);
5. Manage supplier contracts and payments.
6. Assist foreign employees with document processing, rental housing, and daily living services.
7. Regularly update seating charts and attendance data.
8. Organize annual meetings, team-building activities, and keep records of team-building expenses.
9. Responsible for the procurement, warehousing, issuance of administrative office supplies and consumables, reimbursement of administrative expenses, annual fixed asset inventory, and other related tasks.
10. Other work assigned by supervisor.
Qualification & Experience
1. College diploma or above, with a major in administrative management, secretarial studies, or related fields preferred; candidates with over 1 year of administrative/reception experience are preferred.
2. Proficient in using Office software and possess basic English communication skills.
3. Strong affinity and excellent service awareness, with the ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly.
4. Strong sense of responsibility pays attention to details at work and possesses strong time management and self-management skills.
