Job Description
1. Respond to customer inquiries during usage via online channels
2. Operate the management system
3. Receive information from partners, collaborate with the technical department to resolve issues, and provide feedback to the partners
4. Complete relevant reports
Job Requirements
1. College degree or higher
2. Proficiency in English is a must (preferably with knowledge of additional languages)
3. Ability to work night shifts (Three shifts per day, each 8 hours: 7:00-15:00; 15:00-22:00; 22:00-7:00), rotating shifts, with one night shift every three days, and a rest day following the night shift
4. Good communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills
5. Proficient in office computer software
6. Honest, friendly, patient, lively, and cheerful
