HSSSEQ: Analyze the HSSSE risks associated with the line of work.
Activities in Financial Service Team
§ Be responsible for payment (CNY & FX transaction) of all entities in FS, ensure payments are processed timely and accurately, accounting entries posted in SAP are compliance with local and Group accounting rules.
=> Checking FX and down payment invoices in OCR system based on payment proposal in SAP;
=> Process auto-payments and some manual input in E-banking system, ensure all payments are processed timely with appropriate approval;
=> Monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation.
§ Clean up the operating cash account/check account/bank card/mobile payment account of service station every day, check with the sales income, find any discrepancies, and follow up to solve the problem timely.
§ Storage of important bills: safe keep the important bills (such as bill of lading for fuel,etc.),and check the stock with the delivery department at the end of each month .
§ Daily process per application in OA system to create or update bank key information for MS China affiliates.
§ Monitoring the balance of all bank accounts, and analysis outstanding items at the month-end.
§ Ensure bank transition account reconciliation on weekly basis and clear before closing.
§ Cash forecast report on weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Assist on budget/financing plan and LTP preparation.
§ Yearly update working manual of treasury function.
§ Assist business finance to complete bank account annual inspection.
§ Efficient internal and external communication regarding treasury queries.
§ Bank account opening and closure.
§ Other jobs assigned by AR Supervisor.
Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s degree in finance & Accounting or economics related. A minimum of 1-2 year of relevant working experience in treasury function is a plus.
§ Having practical knowledge of HSSSE and understands the stakes and being capable of raising awareness / communicate on HSSSE topics
§ Good knowledge of accounting and common sense of cash management.
§ Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge especially in treasury module is a great plus;
§ Must be quick learner, self-motivated, good communication skills and be willing to work under pressure;
§ Fluent Mandarin, good command of English is great plus;
§ Must be honest and responsible.
