Sales Representative will oversee and manage sales (including participation in different possible special events) to deliver a 'vibrant hospitality' and to promote Cluster Hotels (5* and 4*) on the market (China).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieves sales goals set on monthly basis;
2. Implements strategies to improve market penetration;
3. Represents the Hotels on different events and exhibitions;
4. Organizes & hosts seminars/webinars, business meetings with Tour operators & Travel Agents. Performs Sales calls;
5. Negotiates & signs contracts with prospective clients;
6. Makes a list of companies and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events;
7. Maintains accurate sales statistics and account records;
8. Assists in the completion of reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Location: China (any region);
- Chinese / Mandarin – native speaker;
- English / Russian – good command;
- Previous sales experience on travel market (min 3-4 years) in China;
- Proven track record of sales success;
- Understanding of how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
CONDITIONS
- Official contract and official compensation payment on monthly basis. The level of salary is negotiable.
