Key responsibilities
61Coordinate and manage the daily shipping operation, monitor and track shipments to ensure timely report, smooth and efficient delivery, resolve any issues that arise during transit. Liaise with clients, agents and other stakeholders/vendors to ensure smooth operations.
61Prepare and review shipping documents. Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and documentation.
61Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipping operations. Communicate effectively and response timely with clients to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns.
61Monitor and control shipping costs to ensure operations are conducted within budget. Negotiate rates with service providers/vendors/partners to achieve cost savings.
61Fully follow the company SOP and other regulations. Fulfil daily operation work within the requested KPI.
61Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
61Provide timely and efficient support to business development to achieve business promotion and help maintain relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
61Bachelor’s degree in shipping, logistics, international trading, or a related field.
611-3 years of experience in international shipping/trading operations.
61Strong knowledge of international shipping/trading.
61Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
61Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
61Proficiency with full English communication / email writing.
