质量检查员 Quality Inspector
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the quality inspection & control and production onsite monitoring of suppliers’ plants, including RM incoming inspection, semi-FG and finished goods inspection, release control, production process check & supervising.
2. Timely alert and report the deviations and issues onsite concerned with product quality and food safety compliance, require suppliers to make corrective actions in time and check the effectiveness of actions’ implementation.
3. Timely summarize and make the inspection data analysis and onsite supervising reports. If nonconformities or abnormal observed, to communicate with management team of suppliers and resolve the problem onsite in time.
4. Products sample management, including sampling with SOP, samples inspection, results analysis, and record according to quality manual and specification.
5. Supplier audit of production process and quality management according to SQE Manual, track the CAPA implementation onsite and verify the effectiveness.
1. 负责合作工厂产品生产过程中的现场质量检测控制和管理:包括原料、半成品和成品的现场检验与放行,生产过程的现场检查和监督。
2. 对供应商在质量控制或食品安全方面可能的风险点与问题及时预警和提出整改要求,检查并验证整改措施实施的及时性和有效性。
3. 及时统计、总结和汇报产品的在线生产情况及质量检测结果,现场如有异常情况或问题及时与供应商沟通和协调解决问题。
4. 样品管理:包括按取样操作规范和规格书进行现场取样、检验,完成相关取样和检测记录。
5. 负责依据公司供应商质量期望手册对供应商现场生产过程和质量管理进行审核,并对审核发现问题项的整改预防措施进行跟踪和有效性验证。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master with food science & technology, agriculture, biological chemistry, etc.
2. 1-5 years working experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, or food ingredients business, or talent new graduates.
3. With knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and Quality Management System, such as ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC etc.
4. Good skills at English and MS office Software.
5. Able to frequently travel or stay in the factory.
6. Have ambitions and interest to welcome challenges.
7. Straight, honest, open, good interface capability.
8. Earnest and responsible, have a strong ability of work under pressure and sense of responsibility, strong principle.
要求:
1. 本科或硕士学位,食品科学与工程、农业、生物化学等相关专业。
2. 1-5年农业生产、食品制造或食品配料行业的工作经验;或优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
3. 熟悉食品企业质量管理体系和食品行业制造相关知识,熟悉应用ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC等等。
4. 擅长英语和微软办公软件。
5. 可以经常出差或驻外工厂。
6. 有雄心壮志和兴趣迎接挑战。
7. 正直,诚实,开放,良好的沟通能力。
8. 认真负责,有较强的抗压能力和责任心,原则性强。
