【Responsibilities】
-Responsible for E2E recruitment tasks including sourcing, mapping, hiring process for blue collars.
-Maintain current recruiting channels and explore new approaches, contribute to employee branding building;
-Acting as a optimization and implementation expertise in monthly payroll task, including attendance data, annual leave etc;
-Provide an one-stop service of onboarding, contract renew, off-boarding for employees;
-Take ownership to lead or participate in programs such as wellbeing, HR Hive etc.
-Act as factory contact window with central EXP team and be SME for Workday system.
-Follow and apply for the government policies.
【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree or above;
-Working experience within 3 years, fresh graduate is also welcome;
-Excellent oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
-Good team player, quick learner with detail-oriented and growth mindset, good communication and willing to thrive in HR field.
