PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIE
Leads Generation (<60%)
1. Design and implement high-impact direct marketing campaigns based on a solid market and
product understanding to achieve signing KPIs
2. Communicate with external customers to collect their gas demand and identify business
opportunities, as well as with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and demands
3. Work closely with local sales team to drive quality of lead generation, optimize conversion
and improve workflows and processes.
4. Develop and optimize new data sources, online platform and other digital tools to improve
leads generation efficiency
Marketing Activity Support
1. Execute leads qualification and results optimization of digital promotion, such as EDM, SEM,
E-commerce and SCRM etc.
2. Work with Segment Marketing on both online and offline marketing activities execution,
after event follow-up and results tracking.
3. Support market research of new entrance and products on customer level by effective telemarketing if any.
Database Maintenance
1. Regularly update prospects information in CRM and manage the business cycle with the local
sales team.
2. Buildup and maintain local competitive account database to support leads campaigns and
market intelligence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have a bachelor’s degree.
2. 1 year or above experiences in B2B leads generation, sales function or digital marketing is
preferred.
3. Hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing (incl. SEM, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads,
SCRM, and Ecommerce) would be a plus.
4. Strong influencing skills and excellent communication skills.
5. Good computer skills and internet knowledge.
6. Ability to take multi-tasks and operate in a changing environment
7. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
