Quality metrologist is responsible for maintaining dimensional stability and reduce the dimensional deviation rate of the product, keeping the measurement service running and satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Perform verifying measurement on assembled parts to specification.
Measurement prepraration in Polyworks(or similar)
Perform 3D scanning with romer arm.
Perform gap and flush measurement manually and/or with laser gauge.
Create and present measurement report on performed exercises.
Preferable knowledge base: Catia V5, polyworks, drawing theory and
GD&T
Participant in parts analysis and inspection according to requirements of parts quality in a preventive way.

Education and/or Experience
College degree or above majored in engineering or similar

Metrology knowledge
Knowledge in GD&T
Statistic process control tools as MSA, capability
Laboratory governance, certifications and norms
Interpretation of technical drawings
Knowledge of optical measurement technology, Polyworks and GOM, CMM, measuring arm.
Knowledge of practical problem solving
MS Office 365
ERP/SAP knowledge
CAD/CATIA/Power BI intermediate/3D experience
Intermediate/Advanced oral and written English
