职位描述：
岗位职责
？Assist in the educational and social development of students
under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher and
Line Manager
？Assist in the implementation of Individual Education
Programmes for students, help monitor their progress and
feedback to the form Teacher and Line Manager
？Provide support for individuals and groups of students inside
and outside the classroom
？Undertake some teaching tasks with groups of students
following plans as prepared by teachers
任职资格
？College’s Degree or above (preferably in Education, English etc)
？Practical knowledge of equipment, including IT equipment where appropriate, to support learning in
？a variety of lessons and learning environments either on a one-to-one basis or small groups, under
？the direction and supervision of the teacher
？Ability to recognise changes in students' behaviour and report to the teacher
