Program Description项目说明:
Our internship program provides law students expected to graduate in 2026 or?2027 with summer internship positions and?long term internship positions. ?You will be provided with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital market transactions and?other practices, opportunities to be immersed in the real life practice of law, and?excellent training and?mentorship.
我们的实习项目为2026年或2027年毕业的在校法学学生提供暑期和长期实习机会。实习生将与业界领先的并购、私募股权、资本市场以及其他业务团队合作，沉浸式地体验律所生活，并获得良好的培训和指导。

Candidate Qualifications候选人资格:
Top student from a leading law school in China with an LLB or?LLM
Expects to graduate with an LLB or?LLM in 2026 or?2027
Excellent legal writing skills in both English and?Chinese
Committed to be a lawyer in private practice
Work at least 3-5 days a week for?4-6 months
国内法学院的优秀学生，本科或研究生在读
预计2026年或2027年毕业
具有优秀的中英文法律写作技巧
有志于在律师事务所执业
实习期4-6个月，每周至少工作3-5天
