Creative Fragrance Coordinator - Your Future Position?
As a Creative Fragrance Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division Hair Care Team, you will assist Category CFTD / Evaluation Team with daily project management and evaluation support. In this exciting role you will:
61 Project Management: locate oil samples for evaluation sample requests, manage oil storage system, regularly arrange the refreshment of stored oils , including customer portfolio oils; assist Evaluation team, when necessary, with application sample requests, stability requests using the IBIS system; enter customer sample requests into IBIS, check sample quality with evaluator, prepare paperwork for dispatch to customer, send confirmation and tracking number to sales; request samples and purchase benchmarks needed for consumer tests
61 Assistance to CFTD: prepare and diffuse various reports on segment activity (on-going projects list, win rate, new wins, etc); measured by: quality of service with one eye on the future of fragrance, you can understand Givaudan’s evaluation and research methodologies and write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends.
61 Assistance to Evaluation team: organize internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, preference tests; weekly store check to buy market products for benchmark use evaluation materials etc; order market products from overseas and managing the storage of these products; assist in cleaning the materials used for evaluation tests & emptying the booths/evaluation areas; share your creative input as you liaise directly with perfumers to develop fragrance themes, with sales colleagues to ensure all project requirements are met and with marketing colleagues for trends information and internal/client presentations.

Your professional profile includes:
61 Bachelor Degree and above
61 Good level of English in both writing and speaking
61 Demonstrate proficiency in using common PC applications
61 Detail-oriented, logical thinking, open-minded, down-to-earth, good learning agility, strong sense of responsibility
61 Capable to work under pressure, good skills of multiple task handling and time management
