Accountabilities:
Customer
1. Respond to customer needs, inquires and complaints
2. Prepare sales quotations
3. Arrange appointments with OFS customer
OFS Manager
1. Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
2. Provide analysis of OFS data and information under the instructions of the OFS Manager
3. Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
4. Assist in monitoring the contract in OA system
5. Assist in customer data administration
6. Salesforce maintainance
7. Follow up work assigned by OFS manager
8. Support RFQ submission through coordinating pricing and service requirements from Global Bid Team, within timeframes requested by customers
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
2. Good at English, fluent both in written and Oral
3. Good knowledge of Freight Forwarding business
4. Good understanding of DGF Products
5. At least 2 years working experience in project logistics for customer services
6. Results driven
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
8. Strategic thinker to deliver initiatives
9.Commercial awareness, Customer focused
