Accountabilities:
Customer
Respond to customer needs, inquires and complaints
Prepare sales quotations
Arrange appointments with OFS customer
OFS Manager
Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
Provide analysis of OFS data and information under the instructions of the OFS Manager
Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings
Assist in monitoring the contract in OA system
Assist in customer data administration
Salesforce maintainance
Follow up work assigned by OFS manager
Support RFQ submission through coordinating pricing and service requirements from Global Bid Team, within timeframes requested by customers
Job Requirements：
61 Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
61 Good at English, fluent both in written and Oral
61 Good knowledge of Freight Forwarding business
61 Good understanding of DGF Products
61 1-2 years working experience in project logistics for customer services
61 Results driven
61 Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
61 Strategic thinker to deliver initiatives
61 Commercial awareness, Customer focused
