1.Complaint C-part trace management

2.Complaint investigation info collection with local CSE from install base, as well as HSC

3.Maintain Smartsolve platform to keep the data up to date
维护 Smartsolve 平台,确保数据实时更新
Requirements:
1.English as working language, able to write English emails
英语优秀,可以将英语当作工作语言,能写英文邮件
2.junior college, open to all majors
本科高年级及以上,不限专业
3.studious and circumspective
勤奋好学,谨慎细致
4.At least 4 days per week and half a year in total, available to start before May 10th
可以实习6个月,每周出勤4天以上,5.10前可入职
