Responsibilities:
1) Provide support on regulation-based requests from customers, e.g. RoHS, EU REACH/SVHC, , food contact, etc.
2) Provide support on the process development for customer inquiries’ handling through collaboration with local and global Product Stewardship teams
3) Provide support on the automation or generation of the regulatory documents for APAC, e.g. PRS, RDS
4) Coordinate with T&I (Technology & Innovation) to resolve the data issues for the project post go-live and continuously improve data/system
5) Support BOMBOS error resolution, including manual composition maintenance under certain circumstance
6) Provide support on regulatory review for newly introduced raw materials
7) Provide support on the foundational info development or improvement for the team, e.g. SoP/SWP, SharePoint, etc.
Qualifications:
1) Experience in chemical industry in roles that involve Chemical Management, Product Safety, Product Stewardship and/or Regulatory Affairs is preferred
2) Fluent in English (speaking, listening and writing)
3) Background in chemistry, polymer material, environmental, EHS, Chemical Management, or Law
4) SAP knowledge and skills is preferred
5) Good computer skills and writing skills
6) Comprehensive soft skills, e.g. communication, team work, problem solving, logical thinking, learning ability, adaptable
