负责华北大区(京津冀、东三省、内蒙)工业个人防护用品(PPE)的渠道销售工作。
Responsible for the channel sales of industrial personal protective equipment (PPE) in North China region (Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, the three northeastern provinces, and Inner Mongolia).
开发和维护区域内经销商及终端客户,确保完成公司设定的销售目标。
Develop and maintain distributors and end - customers in the region to ensure the achievement of the sales targets set by the company.
定期拜访客户,了解客户需求并提供合适的产品解决方案。
Regularly visit customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
进行产品演示和培训,帮助客户更好地理解和使用工业个人防护用品。
Conduct product demonstrations and training to help customers better understand and use industrial personal protective equipment.
处理客户咨询及投诉,及时反馈给相关部门,确保问题得到妥善解决。
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and promptly feedback to relevant departments to ensure that problems are properly resolved.
收集市场信息和竞争对手动态,定期向销售经理汇报市场情况。
Collect market information and competitor dynamics, and regularly report market conditions to the sales manager.
使用 CRM 系统进行客户关系管理和销售数据记录。
Use the CRM system for customer relationship management and sales data recording.
参与公司组织的各种市场推广活动,提高品牌知名度和市场份额。
Participate in various marketing promotion activities organized by the company to enhance brand awareness and market share.
【任职要求】
大专及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。
College degree or above, with majors in marketing, business management and other related fields preferred.
至少 1 年以上的销售工作经验,具有工业个人防护用品(PPE)行业背景者优先。
At least 1 year of sales experience, with a background in the industrial personal protective equipment (PPE) industry preferred.
年龄在 22 至 26 岁之间,具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
Aged between 22 and 26, with good communication skills and a sense of customer service.
