Key Responsibilities
According to the production plan and the arrangement of the foreman or supervisor: wear appropriate labor protection equipment; Equipment operation, spot inspection, maintenance; Product process inspection; Record filling; Reporting of abnormal conditions, etc.根据生产计划和领班或主管安排进行生产：佩戴适当的劳保防护用品；设备操作、点检、保养；产品过程检验；记录的填写；异常状况的汇报等。
Product change: change mold, set process parameters, equipment adjustment.产品换型：更换模具、设定工艺参数、设备调整。
When the process product is defective: adjust the equipment or replace the spare parts (such as welding electrodes) in a small scope. Notify the relevant personnel when the problem cannot be solved.过程产品不良时：小范围调整设备或更换备件（如焊接电极），问题无法解决时通知相关人员。
Responsible for 5S work of working area and corresponding equipment, tools and spare parts;负责工作区域和相应设备、工具、备件的5S工作；
Participate in the company's continuous improvement activities;参与公司的持续改善活动；
Other work or post adjustment arranged by superior.上级安排的其他工作或岗位调整。
Skills & Competencies:
Essential Requirements:
Have the daily inspection and adjustment experience of equipment. Medium machine equipment operation experience 2 or more, with metal stamping equipment, resistance welding equipment, electrophoretic spraying, electrostatic powder spraying equipment more than one of the operating experience有设备的日常点检、调整经验。中型机器设备操作经验2以上，有金属冲压成型设备、电阻焊接设备、电泳喷涂、静电粉末喷涂设备其中一种以上的操作经验更佳；
accept overtime and shift work;接受加班和倒班；
Desirable:
Abide by discipline, obey the arrangement, strong initiative, team spirit;遵守纪律、服从安排，主动性强，有团队精神；
English reading and writing skills are preferred;有英文读写能力优先；
