We are now hiring a Quality Engineer to escalate our quality management service to exceed our customers' expectations.
Main Job Scope:
Collaborate with Sourcing Team & Global Customers as a Quality Engineer to ensure suppliers meet and exceed quality standards.
Evaluate new suppliers and support product development mainly in the Home Appliance sector, making a significant impact on maintaining flawless supply chain quality.
Lead product and process qualification for Major Home Appliance & SDA suppliers.
Conduct supplier capability analysis and assess supplier risk to support the onboarding of new suppliers.
Plan and implement supplier quality assurance measures throughout the supplier lifecycle.
Apply risk management methodologies to proactively avoid quality issues across the supply base.
Conduct quality analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures for quality issues.
Contribute to the product development process by providing technical evaluations and supporting design changes.
Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement at the supplier level and internally with sourcing team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a quality engineer, manufacturing engineer in the Home Appliances or SDA sector.
Practical QA/QE experience with OEM brands or manufacturers is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related major.
Initiative, committed approach, and strong analytical thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to intensive domestic and international travel.
Project management experience is preferred.
