Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Customer Credit Management
- Handle customer credit applications, ensuring accurate and timely get approval of credit limits.
- Monitor customer credit status regularly, update credit limits, and notify relevant departments.
2. Customer Data Management
- Process new customer applications, complete system entry, and conduct initial reviews.
- Maintain and update the Customer Master data system to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information in all systems.
3. Invoice and Accounts Receivable Management
- Track overdue invoices, communicate with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely payment collection.
- Handle payment discrepancies (e.g., short payments, delayed payments) and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Cooperate with different functions to analyse payment collection trends.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Ensure all reports are consistent and efficient. Analyse data and create visual reports to help various departments improve business processes.
- Handle Ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain and provide standardized reports in ppt with up-to-date figures.
- Provide regular reporting and outline trends to both CS&S and Sales functions.
5. Customer Satisfaction Survey Management
- Document Customer Satisfaction survey feedbacks and data.
- Track and maintain corrective actions and follow-up on their completion.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint (creating professional reports and presentations).
3. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to extract key insights from data.
4. Experience with Power BI or SAP business warehouse or other data analysis tools is a plus.
5. English is must in writing and speaking.
6. One additional language such as Korean, Japanese, French or German is preferred.
7. Ability to adapt to rotating shifts (morning and evening) and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
