【岗位职责】
1. 负责托福/雅思课程的教学（听力、口语、阅读、写作模块，至少能够同时教授其中两门科目）；
2. 针对不同学生，制定个性化教学内容与辅导计划；
3. 跟进学生学习进度，定期提供课后反馈与提升建议；
4. 参与教研与课程优化工作，提升教学质量与学生体验；
5. 配合完成教学管理及机构安排的其他相关工作。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，英语、教育类相关专业优先；
2. 英语能力出色，雅思总分7分或托福总分100分以上者优先；
3. 具备1年以上托福 / 雅思教学经验，熟悉考试体系与评分标准；
4. 教学思路清晰，善于沟通，课堂气氛活跃，责任心强；
5. 有国际课程教学经验、留学背景者优先考虑。

【Job Description】
1. Deliver TOEFL/IELTS courses across at least two of the following modules: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing;
2. Develop personalized lesson plans and learning strategies based on students’ individual needs and goals;
3. Track student progress and provide consistent feedback and support;
4. Participate in teaching team discussions, curriculum development, and material optimization;
5. Fulfill other teaching-related tasks as assigned by the academic team.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, or related fields preferred;
2. Excellent command of English; IELTS overall 7.0+ or TOEFL score of 100+ preferred;
3. At least 1 year of teaching experience in TOEFL / IELTS preparation, familiar with test structures and scoring criteria;
4. Strong communication skills, engaging teaching style, and a high sense of responsibility;
5. Prior experience in international education or overseas study background is a plus.
