Key Responsibilities：
1.Work within multi-plant (JV and WOFE) structure to drive plant indirect strategies and actions to achieve budget and reduce cost.
2.Responsible for sourcing and supplier management for indirect commodity including manufacturing MRO commodity, compliance with global indirect sourcing process.
3.Lead commodity RFQ (request for quotation) or bidding project.
4.Work closely with commodity manager/operating plant to meet savings & GCS target.
5.Input for GFE list through regional commodity and align with commodity strategy.
6.Work with the operating plant to track project progress and update progress into the project tracking database.
7.Manage supply base including creation or renewal of contracts, purchase orders or agreements.
8.Drive business plans and performance with top suppliers.
9.Conduct supplier assessments for potential new suppliers.
10.Recommend cost savings proposal including make versus buy analysis, alternate sourcing, and vendor evaluation criteria.
11.Maintain all records and documentation, of requests for quotation purchase order initiation, cost reduction reporting and all other daily transactions in accordance with established Automotive policies and procedures.
12.Support Regional and Global Commodity Manager on monthly/regional reporting.
Basic Requirements：
1. 1years’ experience of global sourcing in foreign companies.
2. Experience with global or regional sourcing processes and decision making will be an added advantage.
3.Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
4. Fluent Chinese with a strong ability to communicate in English.
5.Nice personal character with integrity.
6.Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and computer skills.
7.Strong customer focus for the Plant and Tech Center interfaces.
8.Perform all duties in a professional manner, with a high degree of purchasing business ethics, working independently, and obtaining goal-oriented results.
