We are looking for a trainee in the Supply Chain Dept.(Planning team) from Kalmar Shanghai Factory. The position is located in Lingang, Shanghai. The trainee period lasts from July to December, 2025. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Support business users to better visualize data by improving data analysis tools;
通过改进数据分析工具，帮助业务用户更好地实现数据可视化；
Optimizing data analyst performance and efficiency by developing data processing applications.
通过开发数据处理应用程序，优化数据分析的绩效和效率;
Creating Automated dataflow structure by collaborating with business users;
通过与业务用户合作创建自动化数据流结构；
Other related work items arranged by the leader.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Ability to use a programming language (like Python,Power BI, SQL,etc.) to automate database administration tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions to issues.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
