Provide efficient admin solutions to support business growth and ensure the smooth daily operation.
Main Responsibility:
Reception management
61 Visitor reception in a professional & friendly manner
61 Answer and transfer incoming calls, mails receiving and dispatched..
61 New hire welcome package preparation
61 Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
Daily Admin Operation Work
61 Office provisions monitoring and ordering, e.g. water, coffee, stationery, etc, make sure supply sufficiency based on forecast analysis
61 Meeting room booking and supervise Ayi for cleaning after use
61 Office site inspection, FM tracking and regular report
61 Office entry card, biz card & employee badges logging and supervision
61 Office fixed asset and space plan, e.g. equipment, facility, name plate, key, application, labelling and maintenance, etc.
61 Office daily expenses application, related bill check e.g. courier, company cell phone, cleaning and plant, etc. and payment preparation.
61 Biz travel arrangement for Shanghai office staff, such as rental car service, hotel and air ticket booking. Check the monthly bills regarding the air ticket and hotel booking as well as the rental car bills
61 Event and group meeting support such as annual dinner logistics and lunch meeting coordination, etc.
