Purpose of the position 岗位目的
We are looking for a trainee for Quality control & Testing. The position is located in Shanghai Lingang. The trainee period lasts 6 to 12 months. This position offers a great opportunity for students to participate in Quality control and testing daily job (Quality data collection & handling, Testing report, Unit search app maintenance, Prepare and file OPL, Order Spec management, EHS management etc.,)
我们QEHS部门正在招聘一名实习生， 该职位位于上海卡尔玛临港工厂，实习期为6个月至12个月。该实习岗位为学生提供了参与质量控制和测试的日常工作的绝佳机会（质量数据收集&处理，测试报告管理，找车app的日常维护，OPL的起草和整理，订单规格书的管理、现场EHS管理等）
Main tasks and responsibilities:主要任务和职责
Acquiring knowledge of the QC & testing.
获得质量管理 & 测试的知识。
Understanding Kalmar IMS methodology
了解卡尔玛 IMS 方法
Q & testing data collecting and handling
Q 和测试数据收集和处理
Q report & Testing report handling
质量报告和测试报告的处理
Q & Testing related document control
质量和测试相关文件控制
What you will need to succeed:
想要成功你需要什么
Major in engineering include quality management/ EHS/ mechanical etc.
工程专业包括质量管理/机械等
Familiarity with ISO knowledge.,
熟悉ISO 相关知识.,
Effective communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧
Manufacturing processes knowledge
制造工艺知识
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
工作积极主动，责任心强
Proficient in English, at least in reading and writing.
精通英语，至少在阅读和写作方面。
Be good at learning.
善于学习
Teamwork and stress management
团队合作和压力管理
International student status is a plus.
