Job Description
1.Main contact person to external IFM partner for hard service, take accountability of services delivery including building maintenance (e.g. Underground pipeline, building structure, roof system), maintenance and operation of fire safety system, HV/LV power system.
作为IFM（综合设施服务）供应商的硬件服务主要联系人，负责对供应商进行督促、监管，保证各项服务的合格交付，包括：建筑物（包括地下管网，建筑主体和屋面等）的维护、消防系统运维、高低压配电系统运维。
2.performance assessment of external IFM partner for hard service under global contract framework, KPI scoring, monthly audit.
在集团的全球服务合同框架下对IFM供应商的硬件服务绩效进行评估，针对KPI进行打分，进行月度审计
3.Collect feedback from end users and provide improvement plan with verification of effectiveness.
收集用户反馈，针对性地督促IFM供应商提供改进计划并对其有效性进行验证
4.Understand expected services level Vs. actual deliveries. Address services provider for corrections.
理解公司对服务的期望值，比对实际的交付情况，针对现实的差距督促IFM供应商进行整改
5.Maintain high users’ satisfaction.
维持高的用户满意度
6.Budgeting, payment application, expenses approval, change order approval for hard services.
正对硬件服务制定年度预算，付款申请，费用审批，变更管理
7.Communication with global IFM team: input the local status, escalation for help when needed.
与集团IFM管理团队保持密切沟通：及时介绍当地的服务情况，在需要帮助的时候升级问题
8.Ensure company policies and compliance requirement will apply to IFM hard service area, for example: CoC, fire safety, safety, ISO
保证IFM服务的硬件服务领域能够贯彻执行公司的政策和合规性要求，例如：CoC，消防，安全，ISO
9.Driving continuous improvement in IFM hard services area by develop data reporting, identify improvement opportunities. apply best practices in the industry or shared by other LEGO factories.
在IFM服务硬件服务领域构建数字报表，寻找改进机会，推动持续进步。将行业内的或者其它乐高工厂分享的***实践应用到当地的IFM服务中
10.Prepare and provide hard services in IFM scope to new buildings.
为即将完工的新车间建设项目准备和提供IFM硬件服务
Do you have what it takes?
- Marjory in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or engineering related,
- 8 or above years’ experience in facility management and service role;
- Experience in multi-national companies;
- Good communication skills, team player;
- ISO internal auditor qualified;
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing,
- Proficient written and oral English
