Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the benefits programs’ communication sessions/trainings arrangement, and support the communication materials preparation as needed
2. Support on designing engaging promotional materials (emails, posters, health newsletters, etc.) to boost employee awareness of benefits programs or wellbeing initiatives
3. Assist in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as annual renewal process
4. Collaborate with site HRs for on-site wellbeing activities arrangement
5. Refine and maintain the SharePoint for Country Rewards page
6. Assist with other ad-hoc Rewards assignments
Requirements:
1. 2/3 year in Bachelor study, or 1/2 year in Master study
2. Human Resources Management/Psychology/English Literature/Business Administration majors are preferred
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
6. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills are preferred
