主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1. 协助做财务报告Assist in financial reporting
o 准备并验证财务数据确保报告和分析的准确性
Prepare and validate financial data to ensure accuracy for reporting and analysis
o 支持基础财务报告的编制，并协助进行差异分析
Support the preparation of basic financial reports and assist in variance analysis
o 协助准备临时报告，例如客户盈利能力、交付效率等
Assist in preparing Ad-hoc reports e.g. customer profitability, delivery efficiency and so on
2. 参与预算与规划Budget & Planning participation
o 准备历史会计数据以支持预算和预测流程
Prepare historical accounting data to support budgeting and forecasting processes
o 监控实际与预算的绩效，并提供初步分析供审核
Monitor actual vs budget performance and provide preliminary insights for review
3. 流程与合规协助Process & Compliance Assistance
o 审核会计余额对账并识别不合规情况
Review reconciliations for accounting balances and identify non-compliances
o 协助解决会计或流程问题，确保符合会计和报告标准或规范
Assist others on accounting or process issues to comply with accounting and reporting standards or reporting norms
4. 跨部门协作Cross-functional collaboration
o 与运营、销售或项目团队合作，收集并解读与其活动相关的财务数据Partner with operational, sales, or project teams to gather and interpret financial data relevant to their activities
o 向非财务利益相关者传达简化的财务分析结果，以支持决策Communicate simplified financial findings to non-financial stakeholders to support decision-making
候选人要求Qualifications and Requirements
61 教育背景：财务或会计学士学位（应届毕业生或有实习经验者优先）Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (recent graduates or candidates with internship experience preferred)
61 证书：持有CPA、CMA或同等证书者优先
Certification: candidate with a CPA, CMA or equivalent is a plus
61 技术技能：精通Excel（公式、图表、数据透视表）；熟悉用友U8者优先Technical Skills: proficiency in excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables); familiar with Yongyou U8 is a plus.
61 分析能力：对数据解读和解决问题有浓厚兴趣，具备学习和应用财务分析方法的能力
Analytical skills: strong interest in data interpretation and problem-solving, with the ability to learn learn and apply financial analysis methodologies
