Responsibilities/岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for Mesh Computing, Simulation Calculations, and Data Post-processing.
负责仿真建模与开发,网格计算,仿真计算,数据后处理。
2. Be responsible for Theoretical description of physico-chemical phenomena + theoretical calculations. Compare simulation/theoretical results with actual measurements, perform data analysis, summarize findings, and provide constructive suggestions for simulation iterations.
负责理论描述物理化学现象及理论计算,仿真计算/理论计算/实际测量的对比,数据分析,总结阶段性结论,提出建设性的仿真iteration建议。
3. Conduct physics/chemistry process simulations for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including plasma simulations, thermodynamic analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and structural mechanics (FEM).
负责半导体制造设备的物理/化学过程仿真,包括等离子体仿真、热力学分析、流体力学(CFD)、结构力学(FEM)等。
4. Develop multiphysics coupling models (e.g., electro-thermal-mechanical coupling, plasma-surface reactions) to optimize equipment performance and process parameters.
建立多物理场耦合模型(如电-热-力耦合、等离子体-表面反应等),优化设备性能及工艺参数。
5. Develop/customize simulation algorithms to improve computational efficiency and accuracy.
开发或定制仿真算法,提升计算效率与精度。
6. Work with process/equipment engineers to analyze experimental data, validate simulation results, and propose equipment improvement solutions.
与工艺工程师、设备工程师合作,分析实验数据并验证仿真结果,提出设备改进方案。
7. Support new equipment R&D by predicting design feasibility through simulations to reduce trial-and-error costs.
支持新设备研发,通过仿真预测设计可行性,降低试错成本。
8. Track advanced simulation technologies (AI/ML-accelerated simulation, digital twins) to drive innovation.
跟踪半导体设备领域仿真技术(如AI/ML加速仿真、数字孪生等),推动技术创新。
Requirements/岗位要求:
1. Master’s/PhD in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
硕士及以上学历,物理、机械工程、电子工程、材料科学、化学工程等相关专业。
2. Technical Competencies with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD),Thermal management & stress analysis or Semiconductor process simulation.
熟悉计算流体力学(CFD),热管理与应力分析或半导体工艺仿真领域。
3. Proficient in industry-standard simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS, Fluent, Sentaurus TCAD, Silvaco) for modeling and simulation.
熟练使用专业仿真工具(如COMSOL、ANSYS、Fluent、Sentaurus TCAD、Silvaco等)进行建模与仿真。
4. Skilled in scripting/API development (Python, C++, MATLAB) to automate simulation workflows.
熟悉编程语言(Python、C++、MATLAB)进行脚本开发或二次开发,实现自动化仿真流程。
5. Strong logical thinking and cross-team communication abilities.
逻辑清晰,具备跨团队沟通能力。
6. Passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
对解决工程问题有强烈兴趣。
