Requirements:
1.University graduate or equal.
2.Good reading and writing English and PC skills.
3.Good Command of SAP or ERP system.
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented, Positive and team work.
5.Order following experience will be preferable.

3、英语听说读写熟练;
4、熟悉SAP或ERP系统操作;

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain key liaison between customers and in-house manufacturing support,
2. Keep good relationship with clients and interacts with clients and translate customer/business requirements into deliverables.
3. Work closely with all functional departments so as to provide a one stop solution for customers.
4. Manage customer's feedback and complaints and work with internal groups to make the necessary rectifications.
5. Provide accurate business reports.
6. Make sure 100% sales order maintenance and correct system data input.
7. Time and correct response to client if any issue and questions during operation.
8. Create and release PR by month.
