Requirements
1. Tertiary educated with CET-4 or above;
2. At least one year of full-time experience in a customer service position;
3. Fluency in Cantonese as well as Putonghua;
4. Good command of written English, with solid experience in answering email in English;
5. Reasonable command of spoken English;
6. Knowledge of traditional Chinese characters a definite asset;
7. Familiar with MS Office; and willing to work shifts (0930-1800 and 1330-2200) from Mondays to Fridays, and long/short weeks on Saturdays (1000-1700)
Job Duties
1. Coordinate language projects, by liaising with in-house and external linguists for job allocation, and ensure that their progress be smooth and the deadlines be met;
2. Communicate with clients via email and/or phone calls;
3. Proofread texts and check word counts;
4. Provide administrative support; and perform any interim or ad hoc duties as required
Salary Package
1. Starting salary: RMB 7,000-14,000;
2. Entitlement to Five Insurances + One Housing Fund;

Appointees will be required to work at our Guangzhou Office, near Guangzhou East Train Station in Tianhe District, accessible by MRT Lanes *** and 3. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take an English assessment test followed by a face-to-face interview.
