Job Responsibilities:
Deliver the best customer service by answering the phone calls and replying the e-mails in a timely manner;
Identify customers’ needs, provide a customized itinerary and car rental package and quote correctly based on company resource;
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately;
Adherence to quality standards, deadlines, metrics, proper procedures and department goals during the daily operations;
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile, seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise;
Train the new colleagues, assist Junior staffs in handling difficulties or complex problems in an efficient way to optimize customer satisfaction and minimize the loss;
Identify and manage resolution of technology, process, and operational issues specific to each customer or employee;
Give accurate direction and support to team leaders to facilitate successful completion of company’s targets and performance goals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor or equivalent education, major in English or Marketing
3+ years in customer support role or sales experience
1+ years in a people management role
Good knowledge of customer relations
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality type
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage customers and employees with technology based services
