1.负责工程设计。1. Be responsible for all jobs design.
2.客户与市场的技术支持。 2. Technology support for customer and sales department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.客户资料的解读,审核,并完成DFM。 1．Review gerber file and write the DFM.
2.FPC/SMTBOM和生产流程设计与检查 2. Design and check FPC/SMT BOM and manufacturing process
3.模具的申请与验收 3. Apply and verify modules.
4.SMT 治具的申请 4. Apply for SMT fixtures
5.包材的设计申请与验收； 5. Packing materials design、apply and verify
6.协助业务报价，提供材料利用状况与制作流程。 6. Supporting the sales to finish the quotation.
7.客户的技术支持，以及各种应用的解决方案。 7. To support customer technical trouble shooting.
TECHNICAL
1.FPC/SMT工程设计1年以上的工作经验。
Over one year design experience about FPC/SMT
2.大专以上学历, 机械制造类、机电类、电子工程或其他相关专业。
College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with manufacturing experience preferred
3.熟悉各类FPC、SMT的生产工艺及相关工具应用。 Familiar with FPC/SMT production processes and tools application
4.熟练应用CAD,CAM350,Genflex, OFFICE等软件。 Skilled CAD/CAM and offices software: Genflex,CAM350,Microsoft Offices.
5.熟悉FPC、SMT所用到的各种原材料及元件的应用和性能。 Good knowledge about FPC materials and components
6.对于FPC/SMT的生产成本有一定了解 Know FPC/SMT manufacturing cost.
