Rail Export Opertions 铁路出口操作
Functional Responsibility
Documents Operation with instruction as received from customer service.从客服收到指令后按照要求跟单
Ensure collection timely of all shipment related documets.及时收集所有货物相关文件
Trigger EDI correctly on time.及时发送EDI
Contact shipper, monitor cargo arrival time.联系客户，跟进货到时间
Coordinate with shipper and broker, follow up the customs clearance process.协调发货人和报关行，解决报关问题
Do the cargo list in excel and issue invoice to *** clients in time. 及时完成台帐和开票
Monitor the loading on the spot when necessary. 必要时现场监装。
Back up for team members when necessary.必要时做同事的后备
Other tasks assigned by direct supervior and department manager. 上级主管或部门经理安排的其他工作
Personal Capabilities & Education
No experience is accepted and 1 year experience on op in this industry is preferred;
接受无经验，有一年货代操作经验优先
Being able to communicate with *** agent and client smoothly with easy going personality.具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通
Being familiar with MS office and good English reading & writing ability will be a plus.熟悉办公自动化软件,有一定英语读写能力更佳
Team player to work with high responsibility and patience.对待工作细致耐心,有责任心,能够和团队成员和睦相处
Secondary techinical school graduation or similar education background is a must and colledge or undergradudate will go with priority.中专或者同等学历以上,大专或者本科学历优先
