工作职责：
1、负责公司项目的机器人调试工作，对机器人调试的进度、质量和成本负责；

2、负责机器人程序调试、工艺调试、与PLC对信号联调;
Be responsible for robot program debugging, process debugging, and signal joint debugging with PLC;
3、配合机械组，尺寸组调试、机器人系统（轨迹、节拍）优化；
Coordinate size debugging and robot system (track and beat) optimization;
4、负责项目实施过程中问题的搜集与及时反馈，并形成LELE；
Collect and timely feed back problems during project implementation;
5、根据现场经理的要求来准备相应的培训文件;
Prepare corresponding training documents according to customer requirements;
6、为客户的员工组织相关的机器人培训;
Organize relevant robot training for customers' employees;
7、负责离线轨迹示教；
OLP commission and path teach;
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、熟悉KUKA，ABB，Fanuc等主流品牌机器人，拥有白车身、新能源等方面的工作经验；
Familiar with KUKA, ABB, Fanuc and other mainstream brands of robots, with work experience in BIW, new energy, etc
2、大学本科或以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业毕业;
College degree or above, majored in electrical engineering, automation, etc
3、1年以上工业机器人调试和编程经验,具有汽车生产线相关经验者优先,具有主机厂非标机器人调试相关经验者优先;
More than 1 year of experience in industrial robot debugging and programming, with relevant experience in automobile production line preferred, and with relevant experience in non-standard robot debugging preferred
4、熟悉KUKA、ABB、Fanuc等机器人的在线调试,熟悉现场总线ProfiBus,ProfiNet,InterBus.,及相关I/O设备
Familiar with on-line debugging of KUKA, ABB, Fanuc and other robots, familiar with ProfiBus, ProfiNet, InterBus., and related I/O equipment
5、能够看懂EPlan电气图纸;
Be able to read EPlan electrical drawings
6、有机器人离线编程经验者优先;
Experience in off-line robot programming is preferred
7、熟悉RobCad、Robot Studio等软件使用;
Familiar with the use of software such as RobCad and Robot Studio
8、有机器人抓放、点焊、涂胶、激光焊接、滚边等应用经验者优先;
Experience in robot grasping, spot welding, gluing, laser welding, edge rolling and other applications is preferred
9、熟悉宝马、奔驰、大众、捷豹路虎等汽车厂的机器人标准者优先;
Familiar with the robot standards of BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Jaguar Land Rover and other automobile manufacturers is preferred
10、可以完成机器人相关文档的制定;
Can complete the relevant documents of robot
11、可以对客户的维修人员提供相关的培训;
Provide relevant training to the customer's maintenance personnel
12、普通话流利,具有基本的英语听说读写能力;
Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English written and oral skills
13、具有团队精神,能自我激励,善于沟通且能承受压力
Team spirit, self-motivated, good at communication and able to withstand pressure
14、服从项目安排，愿意接受不定期的出差
Obey the project arrangement and be willing to accept irregular business trips
