Responsibilities
-Office reception (greeting visitors, answering incoming calls...);
-Handle general office housekeeping / security and administration works;
-Handle office procurement / supplies / sundries;
-Handle office facilities and equipment maintenance works; Support office renovation projects if required;
-Handle travel booking based on approved Business Request Form for flight/ hotel, etc.
-Support sample management, disposal and stock taking;
-Propose and conduct company activities, such as office party, annual dinner, team building, etc...;
-Maintain all admin related reports, record;
-Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements
-College degree or above;
-1 year’s experience in related fields; fresh graduate with good qualification can be considered;
-Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English;
-Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
-Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality.

-处理办公室设施和设备的维修工作;如有需要,支持办公室装修项目;
-根据批准的差旅申请表格办理出差相关预订,如航班/酒店等;
-协助办公室样品管理,处理和库存盘点;
-负责提出建议并负责组织实施公司各种大小活动,如办公室派对,年会,团建等;
-维护所有与行政相关的报告、记录;
-经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
-大专及以上学历;
-1年相关领域工作经验;综合素质优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑;
-优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力;
-熟练的电脑和办公软件技能(Excel);
-积极主动,独立,组织能力强,性格成熟外向。
