Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and passionate young individual to join our
diverse team to work as Junior Marketing Assistant in the Bio-Technology industry.
Job Roles:
1. Familiar oneself with the company’s products. Help the Team Leader with timely handling of
after-sales problems;
2. Assist the Team Manager to conduct marketing projects for Australia, New Zealand, United
States and United Kingdom Market.
3. Help solve customers problem through Emails and phone calls. Be in charge with LiveChat
of the English Markets.
4. Collect customer data base online and send emails to potential customers
5. Track customers' orders and packages regularly and update customers.
6. Help collect market-related information, summarize and feedback, and expand hot products;
7. Write blogs and journals and maintain social media of a specific a marketing account.
8. Work hand in hand with the Team leader. Complete other tasks delegated by the Team
Leader accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
