工作内容:
● 根据客户要求及既定的工作流程,独立操作其相关系统。
Independently operate and handle client-authorized system according to client’s requirement and established workflow.
● 对各类数据进行分析、录入、归纳、判断、计算,并及时出具相关工作报告。
Work on data analysis, data entry, data summarization, data determination and data calculation and issue a relevant work report in a timely manner.
● 按照客户的标准,确保工作的质量、数量和效率达到客户的要求。
According to client standards, ensure quantity, quality and efficiency of work meet the requirements.
● 与团队成员合作,及时报告工作中的问题,并提供有效的解决方案,与客户进行沟通解决。
Collaborate with other team members. Report any problem in work and provide an effective solutions. Communicate with clients to solve the problem.
● 撰写简洁有条理性的英文邮件,通过邮件等方式与客户及时沟通,必要时并提供口头或书面报告,建立良好的客户关系。
Compose concise and organized emails to communicate with clients in time. File a written or oral report when necessary. Establish a good relationship with clients.
任职要求:
● 教育背景/Education Background
大专以上,英语专业优先考虑
College Degree or above. English Major is preferred.
● 工作经验/Work Experience
无,有相关数据处理、涉外客服工作者优先考虑
No working experience is required. Experience in data processing or foreign customer service is preferred.
● 专业技能/Professional Skills
英语水平≥CET-6或相当,有一定的英语口语及阅读能力,熟练操作Windows系统、MS Office软件
English level must be at least equivalent to CET-6 and have some oral and reading ability. Skilled at operating Windows System and MS Office Software.
● 素质要求/Required Qualities
较好的学习及适应能力,较好的逻辑性,具有责任心,沟通表达能力强,良好的团队协作能力
Good learning ability, adaptability and logicality. Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skill. Good at teamwork.
